  • Crosby's Firebird was quite big wasn't it.

So I'm trying to make a Firebird body template.

Feckin hell, I've just scaled up some photos in Photoshop, Robbin Crosby's Firebird is about 1 and a half times bigger than a a Strat.

It's huge, but he made it look like a toy. I'm only 6' 2", I'm afraid it I might look like a dwarf with a full size replica.

    Maybe best left alone.

I've owned two of his Firebirds, and neither was any bigger than a more recent one I own..

Rare is not the same as valuable

Some of them ARE bigger than 'standard'...3 of the 4 I have fit that description. Mike Shannon remembers two templates ...Crosby size and regular size.

Although the 'Crosby size' is not nearly 1.5 times the size....just a little bigger

Yep, just like you with any mention of your foot in Ed Roman's ass....what a pathetic thing to be 'known' for!
