Looking to restore my '79 LP Custom to it's glorious Randy Rhoads white originality.. Who is the guy for the job around here?

I remeber selling some parts to a guy on one of the boards who worked FOR Gibson but lurked on the shred boads.. Can't remember the guys name for the life of me!

Any suggestions on some top notch refin work?

Probably not the person you're thinking of, but Greg Platzer at BCR Music is a god.

Yup. He is indeed. Murkat also is a god, imo. He did use to work for Gibson Custom Shop. I know Murkat is on this board as well. Both are good peeps and know their shit.

http://RSguitarworks.net they are top dogs and do amazing work.
I worked there years ago and know the care and attention to detail they take on every guitar.
Murkat would be my other choice.
