What size Brass Big Block for 2011 Charvel San Dimas ?

Given that it is a NON recessed Floyd my guess would be 37mm no?

Non-recessed are usually 42mm blocks, from my experience. Check the original though. Should be easy enough to tell.

42mm is for non-recessed. 37mm is for 1/2 way recessed. 32mm for full recessed.

I'm putting together a ProMod build and I'm using a 42mm. I originally got a 37mm but decided it was too short. I had to guess because I'm building one, but if you are upgrading an existing guitar, the block shout be stamped, or just get a ruler to make sure.

the factory block for the san dimas is 37mm.

I have both blocks, but I just swapped the 42mm in place of the 37mm big block.

If it doesn't fit, I'll go back to the 37mm.

The hold up on finishing the project is pickups. Can't seem to find the right ones.

I tried the 42 on my charnel crossed swords. It was to big. It was rubbing against the cavity
