  • My $3 amp footswitch lol

    So I have this old boss GL100 but didnt have the footswitch. I had some stuff sittin around so....
    Mono output jack....check
    Some wire....check
    A box of sorts ....check
    Just need a spdt push button....off to radio shack
    $3 and 10 min later I got this ha ha. Good enough for home jammin.

    Yes thats a duncan pickup box lol

      He, that's great! But unfortunately the tape you used looks too much like EVH's striped scheme and his lawyers have been dispatched!

            I did the same thing for an old Marshall VS30 I pocked up cheap. A "real" footswitch cost as much as I paid for the amp. I also built one for my DOD G7 after my digitech MC7 midi switch crapped out. Has patch up, patch down and bypass. works like charm.

                  I made a dual footswitch, can't remember what for. But i used a metal junction box for a double duplex wall outlet. It's cheap and sturdy.
