    JT6 String Lock Insert

    I found an insert for my JT6 locking nut on the forum before and now I'm in need of another one if anyone knows where I might be able to find one.
    The actual locking nut screw screws into this insert an clamps down on the string.

    These are the little square plates? Does fretsonthenet.com have them?

        Yeah,Dave at FOTN did have them at one time but not recently.I really should look into a Floyd nut conversion,but I really don't have the time.

          Can you flip them to get a like new surface again? Maybe the lock itself has grooves in it. I think you can buy the whole unit new somewhere. I know a lot of the links at Daves site are dead but maybe if you emailed him he might have some.

            Well it's an actual small strip of metal and the screw threads into it,well somehow it fell out.
