Hey all, I'm making some mods to my JS30. I have an IronGear Rolling Mill pup on the neck and an Entwistle HDN pup on the bridge (both humbuckers) on a 3 way switch 1 vol/1tone setup. Been thinking of messing round with tone caps and perhaps a bleed kit on the volume pot? Can you guys advise if this would give me a wider range of tone? Also if I install a bleed kit on the volume pot do I still need a cap on the tone pot itself?
The bleed kit I am thinking of is an Orange Drop cap with resistor.
