Japan So Cal Neck Width

Are the new Japan so cals still 2 1/4 at the heel?

Yup. I put one on my USA SoCal body with no problem. I would be interested in knowing if the necks are more consistent than the USA models, however, as I've personally experienced swapping issues where the USA neck of one seemed a bit more snug in one USA body than another, as well as one USA neck being noticeably not-as-tight in a different USA body.
