  • Having problems adjusting sustainiac

I just got my first Jackson a couple of days ago, a DK2S. I noticed shortly after getting it home that the JB in the bridge had some fuzz in the signal no matter how clean I set my amp. I also noticed that the sustainer would start squealing as soon as it was switched on. I adjusted the gain trim pot on the circuit board and fixed the squealing issue, but I can't get the JB signal cleaned up. The only thing that works is to actually remove the battery from the guitar. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Well I've been talking to Alan @ Sustainiac and he thinks it's a problem with the circuit board itself. So he told me to send it in for a replacement. Hopefully this will fix it.
