2005 pointy neck and USA pro mod neck interchangeable?

I assume they are. Just checking here. I want a strat head on one of my San dimas 2005 guitars.

I had to shim the neck to get an angle because the floyded bodies on the 2005s have flat neck pockets. Other than that it worked great.

Both are 25.5 scale and 22 frets right? If so then yes you can.
