Great communication and fast shipping, solidly packaged and as described. I wouldn't hesitate from doing business with Bob again. After about 20 minutes of playing it, I'm very happy ~ fantastically low action, and freshly polished frets and new strings(thanks again for taking the extra time to do that Bob).
