  • Swapping Volume and Toggle switch positions

I have a KE-3 which im very much enjoying since late april. I already put like 100 hours because i played it every day since. Theres just 1 little problem. The Toggle switch and the whammy bar tend to get in the way when im switching positions. My idea was to switch the volume and the toggle switch around but i was think that maybe the toggle switch hole is smaller than the volume.

    Conclusion

Can i do the volume/toggle switch

I can't tell you if it's the same on the kelly but the hole for the toggle is usually bigger than the vol/tone. It won't hurt anything to take off the knob, nut and washers and check. You might have a problem with the length of the wires between everything though.
Those washer are big enough if you have to do a little dilling too.

The toggle switch hole is always going to be bigger. You can... drill it but your washers for your pots will bare cover the hole. If you can find two washers from an output jack then the ID of the hole is a little bigger than the pot but the OD is larger then the pots washer giving you more surface space on the toggle switch hole.
