Volume pot reversed?

I just rewired my Jackson DR (HH and a 3 way) and everything works great, but the volume pot works "backwards". I have no clue how that would happen other than I got a lefty pot on accident. I am using Jackson pickups (80c and 85) and used the black for ground and the green to the 3 way. I looked at the old hardware and the green was ground and black going to the switch, and they were soldered on the tone instead of the volume pot. Could that have anything to do with it? Any other ideas? Thanks

Swap the outside legs on the volume pot.
