Kahler sells plates designed for covering floyd rose routs. I'm pretty sure they would work with your licenced floyd and fixed Kahler.

And you could always fill the hole with some wood.

The biggest problem I see is that Kahlers require some angle for the neck while your floyd rose has pretty much none. That would mean that you couldn't set up your string height low enough. You could put a some kind of shim in the neck cavity to compensate for that.

If you just want to stop the floyd wobble you could just block the tremolo with a block of wood

Your KE3 is a bolt on neck so you could adjust the neck angle for the bridge.

I just block the trem in my KE3.

Save up you money for a Marty KE1.

I think you'll be fine retrofitting a recessed Floyd. In my experience, retrofitting non-recessed Floyds with Kahlers is actually more problematic because the saddle height screws are fairly short and don't want to go up high enough.

I put an ESP arming adjuster in my RR24 and its awesome. I can bend all I want and it wont move unless I use it.
