Need a part for JT-6 (pic. in thread)

I don't know what the technical term is for this, but the cover for the string block on the G string is missing and I was looking for a replacement (if available).


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think it's a cover, the whole string block and top part is all one piece as seen here.

I was going to suggest to buy one from the site but it looks like their all out. Did the guitar come that way? it looks like a regular string block was put in it's place.

Yup looks like a standard lock block was dropped in there. I'd love to find a source for these.

I have a complete JT-6 in good condition that came off my old Soloist but I'm not ready to part with it yet. The JCF will be the first to know when that time comes To the OP, scouring eBay is a good bet. The part your looking for may pop up sooner or later.
