Kahler to Floyd nut shelf

Hey folks - Do any of you know of an after market company that sells the little ebony shelves that you use when switching from the Kahler nut to the Floyd for a Jackson or Charvel pitched headstock?

I appreciate it in advance!

Well I'd pay to have it done. I just don't have the time or the tools to work on guitars anymore - I struggle to just have time to play let alone work on the damn things LOL!

Could you see what your guy would charge for one?
