Need correct pots and jacks for model 6

I need new pots and output jack for a model 6 where can I get them? The original jack was different than a normal jack. Also what is the correct value of the pot? guitar still has the active preamp.

Pots are 50k and you just need a stereo output jack. You can order them at guitarpartsdepot.com
