1986 Checkerboard Tele
Found this in the Milwaukee CL
1986 Jackson neckthrough Tele #J 2XXX . This guitar received a documented FACTORY makeover by master luthier Mike Shannon [graphic work by Dan Lawrence] for it's 1998 Jackson catalog debut, and appeared in the '99 catalog as well. Documentation includes original '86 Factory Work order,'98 hang tag, Charvel Manufacturing warranty card, '99 Jackson catalog with guitar pictured, Akai Receipts in my name , Hand written pricing from Tim Wilson [former custom shop manager] along with a letter from Kevin Easton [former Ft. Worth manager] thanking me for the use of the guitar. This guitar would cost you well over $4k to have made today and tha'ts IF Jackson would even do it. $2800 OBO cash takes it. This is one of the first Jacksons to get the full checked treatment, its condition is stellar !! Yes, it does have binding over frets !
NO TRADES
NO SPAMMERS OR PHISHERS !!

I like. If that came down 500 bucks I'd seriously be considering it.
