What is the history of this paint job? i.e. did anyone famous back in the mid 80s play one? Any idea of who first came up with the idea?
I picked up an Aria Pro II that was painted the same and never firgured out why it was painted this way.

It was a matter of too many guitars still to come and finding ones I wasn't attached to...TMZ knew he was looking for one, so I made the deal. In hind sight I'll probably regret it
Looks cool with him though
