Who still has their DK2LE from 2004?
I still have No. 1 and she is still a good player. I'm feeling nostalgic for some reason. I know there have been some good ltd runs since. I was looking for reviews of other guitars and found the DK2LE with a generic review. Tucson AZ Guitar Center had heard about it and were amazed it was ever approved. That was something. Almost like a part time job getting it off the ground. Too broke to get into another deal like that now. I'm just glad I never got rid of her.

I wish I could post one, but I don't have any. It is a white Dinky body, 1 EMG 81 in the bridge, Jackson Floyd, 1 volume, all black hardware, 24 fret maple board with matching non reversed headstock. There were only 24 made.

That's the one that led up to the DK2M correct? Is the DK2M still made?

From what ive read I believe both the DK2 & M have been discontinued, I sincerely hope this is not the case.
My guess is the X Series is kind of filling that gap.

Damn I have a DK2 which I love but that would be even better for me, I love the 24 fret maple board and single hum!

The single hum model always bothered me. Too limiting. I limit myself already (I prefer two hums, 1 volume, three way switch.) I don't even like tone knobs. They are bullshit :P

Great guitars! I have # 11. I am the 2nd owner though.
Nowadays it only takes one drink to get me drunk. Problem is I can't remember if it's the 13th or the 14th one.

05-12-2012, 03:14 PM #15I'd also like EMG's in my custom guitar with NO frickin battery. I mean this is the year 2011 for chrissake. Jackson should set them up so they run on kinetic power. The harder I rock, the harder the pickups would rock. - Axewielder

Glad to see a few of you original owners that still have them.
