  • Scott Ian JJ Neck-Thru

Does anyone have any pictures of a Scott Ian JJ Neck-Thru guitar? I know of someone who is selling one but he didn't have pictures. What kind of price tag would these go for? From what he told me they were not produced very long. They may only be custom shops as well. I don't know.

USA select series JJ-2. On ebay I've seen them go for between $600 to $800 or so. Sometimes a little more depending on the finish.

The guitars you saw Scott playing are his new Washburn customs. He left Jackson some time ago.

There's one for sale down here in NZ right now. Can't stand the shape personally. It reminds me of the BC Rich EM1, and I hate that too.

Dude, tell me how the 5 string setup works! How is it tuned? How is it supposed to be played? What's the deal? They must have gone for a very selective crowd with that model. Anthrax fans>5 string guitarists>expensive USA model>dice inlays. Truly a signature model.

I tune it half a step down: Eb, Ab, Db, Gb, Bb. I use 011-052 string gauge.

Being a bass player in the first place, this guitar is a dream to me. I really appreciate that there's more space between the strings.

This guitar sounds killer. Korina body with Korina neck-thru construction and Scott Ian 'El Diablo' hum, and red-glowing kill switch.

I'll never ever give it away!

I still wonder how many of them were made.
