  • NAD, 40w of creamy Marshall goodness

DSL40C. I'm having a little more difficulty dialing in a good sound than I did at GC but I'll get there. This is the first tube amp I've owned in about 30 years, my first tube amp was the one that was built into a Silvertone guitar case which somehow vanished over the course of three divorces...anywho, that's if you don't count the VTM120 I had several years ago. Oh, and I got Sweetwater's free Creamback upgrade.
I still keep practicing though.... Mostly because I hate my neighbors.-MakeAJazzNoiseHere

Its a really nice middle of the road Marshall. It looks like a Marshall and it sounds like one too. Just point all the knob indicators straight up and you are pretty much there! The dual super lead has been the industry standard Marshall tone for about 20 years now. Great choice. Also... the Creamback is a very nice upgrade in tone.

Good score. I've got a DSL 401 with a V30. Awesome bit of kit. Wouldn't mind getting a 1x12 extension cab to tuck underneath it.
