I once attempted to install some active pups into my 90's era KV2 but it's pickup cavities were too small for them (they wouldn't fit)

I now have a modern KV2 and I'd like to put some SD Blackouts in there... but I'm worried that the same thing would happen all over again. I'd like to know if anyone here has successfully installed active pickups into their (modern) KV2 with no sizing problems.
