??? Not a USA body since the output jack is on the lower wing. And USA necks would have either dot or sharkfin inlays, not block inlays (unless maybe it was a Custom Shop).
Also, the binding looks white, where USA models would have ivoroid/off-white binding.

From those pics, I'd say it was difficult to be sure on the binding colour. IMO the logo looks good, so I guess it might (MIGHT) be a legit US neck but the only way to tell is to take it off and see the markings on the butt, but the body (and neck plate) aren't US.

And no, it's not worth $1200.

$ 1,200.00 is a cheap or expensive guitar? Thanks for your comment.

So USA Jackson models have the output jack is on the upper wing?

$1200 is $1200. Whether that's cheap or expensive is really down to the buyer's circumstances. Plus, $1200 for a Squire is expensive, $1200 for a PRS Private Stock isn't.

              Yes. Plus, I don't think I've ever seen a USA bolt-on King V, that I can recall. They're usually neck-thru.

I agree with toe... there were no USA bolt-on KV's made.
The body looks like a mid-90's King V Standard (import). They came with a square base JT-580 trem (not the angled LP version) that would fit a JT-590 trem nicely.
No clue where that neck came from. Serial number on the plate is from 1995.

This is how I felt right off the bat. Im no expert but I didnt know that they made usa bolt on king vees. Looks like a cool guitar that someone went to a lot of trouble to make what they wanted but I dont think its worth that much, not even half if its some import mutt.

Although pretty rare, there have been a few custom shop bolt-on KVs through the years. But that does not agree with the serial plate and other specs.

Looks to be a parts monster, at best. If the seller is trying to pass this off as an all original USA Jackson, they are possibly very uninformed or, more likely, a scammer. Walk away.

+1...Robbin Crosby owned at least one of those.

That's not really a 4 digit serial number.
0 is a digit. There is two of them. So its a six digit serial.

Maybe the body came from one of these.

I'd feel better about that guitar if it had a 4 digit serial number on the neckplate, which would be a true "Custom" guitar. 6 digit USA is a standard production USA Select model and therefore would not have been built like that. Looks like parts. Might actually be a really nice guitar but $1200 ............ ??? I don't think so.

6-digit plate without the address is Japan-made. Hard to tell but the plate doesn't appear to have an address.

Custom Shop will build a bolt-on KV with block inlays. I did own a neck with blocks, but it had a flamed maple head cap and abalone decal logo.

I also had a CS bolt-on KV, though it was an ash body with rosewood-and-dots. But then that was a true 4-digit plate as well.
