I did back in Florida when I lived there, I can't remember the name of the place but I really hated it at the time though. Was back in 88 or 89, looks cool to me now though.
      It's pronounced soops

Yep Really weird specs: Strat body(not Dinky) with a bound ebony board, sharkfins and a reverse bound headstock. It's like somebody wanted to build the most unique Jackson strat possible.

Nice! I've seen some rainbow crackles before but not quite like that. :-)

Hot damn! That thing is special. Nice score. Where had it been hiding all these years?

Very cool. As far as Jackson Strats go, the fingerboard/hs binding is the rarest feature here (assuming it's an original neck). I've only got one like that:

I love binding. Every Jackson should have it.
                  Gear:

                  Jackson DK2M (07')

                  Jackson PS-4 (99'?)

                  Charvel Model 5 (86')

                  Randall RG50TC

                  Maxon OD-9

Awesome score. Like you said, very weird specs, but all choices that I like.

                      Congrats

Is this a recent acquisition, what's the story on it? Hows about some neck heel / neck pocket pics?

I've had that one for about 10 years. It's all original, although not sure about the EMG. This is all I have at the moment that shows that area. If you want anything more specific, let me know and I'll take some more pics.

Yours is a spectacular guitar!!! Congrats on that one.

First pic is December of 1986, and the second late 1987, with a few of mine.

                              Floyds & Emg's even...
