  • EVH D-Tuna on San Dimas

I was thinking about fitting an EVH D-Tuna to my Charvel San Dimas 1-2H, seems like a useful addition but i've never used one before.

I would like to hear from anyone who's done this already, are you happy with it and is there anything i need to know first?
Also would i need a tremsetter?

The trem would have to be set to dive only. A tremsetter or just blocking the trem from moving will be the only way for it to work properly.
    It's pronounced soops

Yep, the D-Tuna will not work on a floating trem, so you'll lose the ability to pull up if you like to do that. The trem will either have to be blocked with a piece of wood, or you could always just drop the trem on the body (you'll need to shim the saddles up so you won't fret out) and then you can have your D-Tuna working with no problem.
