  • NGD! Camoflage Charvel Mutt

Here's my latest project, a Multicam camouflage Charvel Mutt. The neck is a genuine Charvel San Dimas reissue, the body was custom made by Mojo Bodies to Charvel San Dimas specs, the bridge is an OFR, the pickups are Dimarzios (Tone Zone in the bridge and Chopper in the neck).

The design is something I came up with (not that original but I like it) and Mike Learn did the paint job. Turnaround time was about 6 weeks (including 4 days for the NAMM show) from his door to mine and the quality is as good as any I've seen. I just picked this up from my tech today and as expected, it plays like butter.

BTW, I'm originally from New Hampshire hence the state's motto on the back and custom engraved neck with the state emblem.

Thank you. I have a fetish about matching headstocks so any guitar that gets refin'd or custom made gets one.

Ha, I was waiting for you to chime in Spike, you and K. No matter where I go, I'll always be a Yankee first and foremost.

As long as you're not a Yankee's fan, glad to hear it!

Very sweet - love the matching headstock. I forget - is it New Hampshire-ites or Vermont-ians that hate "flatlanders?"

camo paint jobs always seem so stale and redundant, but you found a way to make it new. definitely diggin the bullets and the ace-o-spades. bad-ass idea bro!

Nah, we're too busy shoveling snow to have excess energy for such things as "hate".
