  • Jackson having hard time filling orders?

I accidentally found this page for The Music Zoo today and was a bit taken aback at the length of the list of Jacksons on back-order. Unless you're that place in Texas, it seems new guitars trickle out to other dealers VERY slowly. I'd be distressed if I had a Jackson on order right now:

Lots of Warren D guitars on that list!

I don't know how accurate that list is, but I ordered a DK1 copperhead finish back in May and received in in July....almost 2 months to the day.

BTW: what's the W/C after all the Jackson listed there mean?

whew! thanks. I thought maybe it meant warranty claim, and those were guitars waiting to be serviced. Being I just dropped one of my DK1's at the shop for a warranty, I was getting kinda scared.

Ok, so maybe I'm not the brightest bulb in the lamp...

That list is old news. Most of those J/C guitars have already been built, sold, and/or are listed for sale on that dealer's website.

See the list at the store website. I found that more distressing, only 3 Jacksons on order.

                      This was listed:

                      Jackson® DK1F BCSB JKSN USA Dinky™ W/C

What does the F stand for? I assume it means Flat-top. If so, I would love to see that.

DK1's are fitted with floyds as standard. Maybe it means "fucked" as in "whoops, didn't mean to drop it, honest"
                            Fuck ebay, fuck paypal
