  • Custom Shop Question

Is it possible to get an RR1 that is in all ways an RR1 but that it has 24 frets? (And I know about the RR24). Or is there such a creature already as an RR1 with 24 frets and a custom shop order wouldn't be necessary?

You would need to go CS if you wanted a USA built RR with 24 frets.

Thanks for the answer! It's what I suspected.

If you want 2 humbuckers, get the RR24 and rout it out for a neck pup.

Hey Metalchurch, Thanks for the idea. If memory serves, the rr24 I tried had small wire frets (?), which I'm not crazy about, so with that and the routing, and replacing the emg (not a big fan of them), it would start getting into some time and money.

Bloodlust: I had no idea such a thing as this existed. Googled it and could only find sites in what appeared to be Mandarin (?). Thanks. I'll look into these further.
