  • Today we "A/B'd" the GT-8 against the GT-10...

It's like you open up about 75% more headroom, and clarity!
Plus , i know myself in that it will be about 2 months, before
i really dig into the deeper parts of the EQ'ing, and types of
Reverb and such. The exciting part is that im already 100% happy
with it..and it's just going to be 30% better in 2 months!!
They both have 44.4mhz sampling.. but somehow Boss was
able to make this thing go into the upper regions of clarity.
Remember the intro to "Pull me under"... that awesome far away
shimmering chorus? Yep..that's in a preset, that i havent even touched
yet. This thing is a monster. The GT-8 is great, but it's like the difference between a stock Marshall, and a Splawn imo. Some magic
    happened!

I sincerely hope not! Otherwise I'll have to stick with my GT-8!

******* Ouch! Nothing wrong with the 8.. It's a great unit, and sounds great.. it's just a level higher in "Sparkle" and audio
        'quality in the 10 imo.
