I'm not a Beatles fan by any means, but "Day Tripper" always gets me going.
    I love that riff.

I dig the triplet feel in between the chorus and verse. I could probably listen to the Beatles every day and not get bored.

Anyone here going to one of the "Fest for Beatles Fans" this year?

            I've been playing

Vitalic - La Rock 01 constantly for like 2 days for every waking hour.

            That's just FANTASTIC musicianship
You took too much, man. Too much. Too much.

They're definitely not metal, but they sure knew how to write simple yet complex songs.

Funny how people can love the Beatles for the same reason they hate Nirvana

Ahh, but Beatles is simple yet complex.

                    Nirvana is simple yet mind-numbing.

I can appreciate them..my wife and my old
best friend loved them..My wife loves the early Beatles..Love Me do my ass!!!

I like about 3 or 4 songs though..later stuff ..She's so heavy, Happiness is a warm gun, Ellenor Rigby..that kinda stuff is pretty cool I think.

Paul was a good bass player and they were good song writers..even tho I didn't care for their sound much.

Pulp Fiction reference..Elvis or Beatles..I liked E when I was a kid..he was more like Fonzi.

In my little world, it was Stones or Beatles.
I preferred the garage band feel of the Stones, and Brian Jone's
awesome feel for delta blues licks.

It's strange. I'm English and middle-aged, and I fucking loathe the Beatles. Always have, even though it's considered a criminal offence. Obviously, I'm not gonna deny their impact and influence on music, but I'll turn a radio off if there's one of their songs playing.
