  • Why is oil above $100?

What a bunch of bullshit. The world is in Recession. And then China has hit an inflation rate they have never seen. There goes cheap stuff. Just how the fuck can they keep oil prices this high with a Worldwide contraction. This is Stagflation and that is not a good thing.

                It's all bullshit.
OPEC is getting used to the $$$ it's been making.
This is the time of year when demand starts to drop, so they cut production to prevent a surplus.
When reserves are low, prices are high.
Plus that fucktard Chavez is trying to commandeer Exxon/Mobile facilities under his nationalization (steal other peoples shit) plan.
Exxon/Mobile has better lawyers though and managed to convince several courts to freeze $12 billion in Venezuelan oil assets.
I'm sure that pissed Hugo off a touch.

well, its actually per gallon here, about 3.8 liters, i believe. Here in iowa, i paid $2.86 (about 1.6 pounds, at the current exchange) today. Go to a bigger city, or either coast, and im sure its closer to $3.80/gal. Im sure its probably a pound/liter in scotland.
Its a complete catastrophe. But Im a professional, I can rise above it. LOL

I pay about 78 cents a quart. You do the math. It's $3.10 a gallon.
