I like it, sounds good. I'm not a big fan of wah, but in this case I think it fits the song well. I am listening on a crappy computer speaker set, but it sounded like it didn't have much, if any bass, could be my listening setup though. I'll have to listen at home on a better setup tonight.

You have any more samples? I'd like to hear more.

Yes there's bass. I'm listening on laptop speakers and can hear it

Nice track, though I must admit the wah goes on a bit long. Also needs a rhythm guitar track. If you've ever heard Joe Satriani live, you know even he doesn't duplicate his albums live (Ice Nine, anyone?), so feel free to load it up with tracks in the studio

I liked the tune. I love the wah. Wah is always good. The sound was really good. You have an interesting style. I think you definitely need to add some tracks to fill it out and add some harmonic interest to your lines. It sounds a bit sparse as it is. Either way, I like what you are up to and want to hear more (spanish or not). Good job, keep it up.

Man, I think it's great with a very cool "groove". I think your a very talented guitarist and yes, the bass is coming through just fine. The sound quality of the recording is nice too. Keep it up!

Thanks for taking the time to listen.

I used the wah mainly as a way to make the idea that is first presented sound different the second time it's played. In fact, it's the only song in the whole album that i use the Wah on.

It was pretty hard to do the EQ and Mix of this particular track coz' given the fact that's tuned a whole step down, it was hard for me to isolate the frecuencies so they didn't interfere with each other.

DRH: Thanks for your words, i will put more tracks for you to listen and analyze

Newc: The album is pretty exploratory and the idea of idedntity in it is just not having a real one , so, there are lots of different things. Tracks with very thick and dense guitars but no voices or lyrics, tracks with dense voices and harmonies, i made a cover song from Chuck Berry's Roll Over Beethoven, i also recorded an arrangement for two guitars of one of the Goldberg Variations from J.S. Bach, there's even a love song!. It just happens that this tune was the one with your basic setup of Drums, Bass, and one guitar.

Budman68: Thanks, i'll try and keep it up.

Markpb: Thanks. As for the sparse sound, read above. You will be able to hear more pretty soon.

Chuck: Thanks dude!

Wow, that's alot of text for just one post! I really appreciate your input guys.

P.S. I'm gonna upload another one tonight.

Amplifier 1: Marshall Valvestate 8240
Amplifier 2: Marshall AVT150H through 1960B Cabinet.
Microphone (guitars): Shure SM57
