  • cleaning rust from a chrome trem advice needed

    Hi

1st post, great site ..lurked fair while..but I need help!!!

I bought a PC3 which needs a bit of TLC , the neck is filthy but i recon lemon oil would sort this , the main problem I have is the bridge and saddles have rust spots, what would be the safest and best way of cleaning this? (trem is a wilkinson)

    I bow to your knowledge......

Remove the trem, soak in WD-40 and clean with a toothbrush.

Yep, lemon oil is a great cleaner, it'll work fine.
